Submit Written Testimony

All written testimony is delivered to the Board of Commissioners in digital format. Testimony submitted on paper is scanned. Commissioners receive the full text of all written comment submitted. It is not edited or summarized.

Submitted testimony is uploaded to the Public Record webpage every Wednesday and Friday. To ensure that your testimony is available to all parties prior to the start of the hearing on October 22, it should be submitted by 5 p.m. on Monday, October 20. This date was previously advertised as October 9, so the public will have 11 more days to submit testimony that will be seen prior to the hearing than originally communicated.

Testimony submitted by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7 can be considered for inclusion in the Staff Report to be published on October 15. A deadline for inclusion in the Staff Report was not previously advertised – this is new information that was just received, but might be of interest to Interested Parties.

There are four ways to submit written testimony related to LU-24-027: regular mail, email, hand delivery and online form (scroll to bottom of page).
